I get a lot a questions about how I work, and how I can help people. While I’m happy to answer these questions, some of them are asked more often than others and the answer is always the same, so I decided to collect a list of frequently asked questions so everyone can get the answers they need, in one convenient list.
How do I book a session?
You can book sessions in my shop, where you can find different types of private sessions in the Personal category: Shop.
Can I bring a friend to my session?
Sure. Just remember, that what is said is for you, so you need to be comfortable with your friend listening in on a, potentially, very personal conversation.
Do you offer ''group-sessions?''

Should I prepare anything for the session?
If you have anything specific you would like to know more about, it is a good idea to prepare a list of questions. You are more likely to remember to ask all the questions you might have, and you also already have pen and paper to make notes. For remote sessions, prepare some tea or coffee and a comfortable place to sit.
Do you offer phone or Skype sessions?
Sure. Specify what you need when you book a session.
Can I record my session?
Sure. I do not offer recording for you, but you are free to do so yourself.
How do I pay?
Sessions booked online are payed directly in my shop using Stripe. No card information is stored by SoulGuide and all payments are secure.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of an appointment.
If you cancel the appointment less than 48 hours prior to the time booked, I charge a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the session within 12 hours of the scheduled start of a session, no refunds are available.
How often can/should I have a session?
There are no rules on that. Some only have one session, others more regularly. Remember to breathe so you can feel what you need.

Where do I go for a session?

I have an urgent need for a session, what should I do?
If you need an urgent session, please contact me and let me know what you have in mind. Use my contact page: Contact. I usually have time slots available for urgent sessions.
What kind of sessions do you offer?
A lot! There are options for personal sessions, business sessions, mentorship programs, just to name some. You can look in my shop to see more. If nothing fits your needs, you can contact me and we can most likely find a solution that suits your needs. Use my contact page: Contact.
Can you guarantee this and that, or certain-someone will come through?
In short; No. Usually they come forward if that is what you need for your progress, but I can’t make any guarantees.
Will you talk about my death?
No. I never do. It would serve no purpose and would be unethical.
What if passed souls didn't speak '...' during their life?
Languages from the physical world is not “a thing” for passed souls, their language is universal and often they come to me as images or feelings.
Can you connect to passed pets?
I has happened. Often do when someone asks for it.
