In Denmark we have a debate going on about using the word negro for people of darker colors.
One of our politician’s thinks that it is just fine, and it’s just black in Latin. HE has no problem saying it. I am not a fan of him and I never will be.
To make matters worse another Danish politician wrote on twitter that he used the other N-word, and not negro, about President Barack Obama. Two wrongs do NOT make one right.
Some years ago a Danish newspaper printed some drawings about Muslims that made the world go crazy with rage towards Denmark. I was not a fan and never will be.
It seems like the Danish “freedom of speech” has gone crazy.
I have always thought that if you have the right to speak it is in no way the same as you have to speak. Sometimes being quiet it not a bad thing.
Before speaking, think about your purpose, your goal and your ethics in what you say. I firmly believe in the laws of attraction and we should all think about being empathic when sending out words.
Am I perfect? No. Nobody can be good in their words always, but I do my very best. I am known to ask people if they think they are loving and empathic in their words.
My opinion is; You should always think about others in your words. Are you sure you want to make others feel bad, be sad or take them apart?
You should always think about whether there is a better way to say things.
When I look at politicians who try their best to be offensive, as if it gives them more popularity or just is A pass to screen time, it makes me sad.
It should not be a goal to hurt others, to be rude and say horrid things just to promote yourself.
The only thing you can do when people actively seek to be offensive, is to say stop and no and remove yourself.
Bring love to the world. Not hate.
what do you think?
Does freedom of speech mean that you HAVE to speak?

I definitely think the use of the N-word is right out, even when it comes to people who are black. It doesn’t matter what your skin color is. The word is offensive, and it shouldn’t be used PERIOD! I think the word “negro” is in the same category, though it’s less offensive in my opinion. However, it’s still offensive. It’s an archaic term and should be discarded.
I absolutely agree! But it seems they have all gone crazy!
Unfortunately in this day in age people take advantage of their freedoms, whether it be speech or gun use, etc. Ultimately, if words or actions will cause harm to others then they should not be used. Of course, however, not everyone is empathic, open-minded, non-judgmental, and tolerate. Therefore, sadly, we’ll always encounter such negativity from our fellow man.
I absolutely agree. I think some are just taking it to another level of ego.
